I speak from experience when I say when it comes to foreign languages, it takes years to learn one, decades to master it and lots regular practice to keep a contemporary vocabulary that meets the required tone for each audience. So it’s no surprise that anything translated can be a little clumsy to say the least (yes even with the introduction of language bots)! And whilst good enough is often well, good enough to convey a basic message, there are times when a native speaker can polish, reword or check a text and augment the level of professionalism no end. I regularly check in with tourist hot spots for example museums, hotels, Air BnB providers to help keep their communication as clean and tidy as the service they offer.
